Steve is a chartered accountant with over 33 years of experience in real estate development and property management. He began his career with KPMG in Ottawa before joining Shenkman Corporation where he became Executive VP.

Prior to joining Dymon, he was SVP with the Minto Group where he oversaw the development and implementation of a Customer Excellence program to enhance Minto's position in the marketplace. Steve has senior management responsibility for operations, financing and marketing of the Dymon Group of Companies, including its very successful Dymon Storage brand. Dymon Storage now controls over 76% of the storage industry in the Nation's Capital, and has become the 4th largest self-storage operator in Canada.
