Ryan cofounded IActionable to help make the workplace more engaging for employees, leading to a more productive workforce.

Ryan's idea of co-founding IActionable came to him while running around Azeroth as a level 80 Orc Hunter. He applied it in his day job as a software developer before deciding that, his wife was just about to have their first child, this was the perfect time to start a business. He lives in Provo, UT with his wife, two sons, and nearly 200 board games.
