Rajesh Kumar Tyagi

VP - Operations & Data, Simplified FinTech Private Limited

As Vice-President of an India-based FinTech startup, Dr. Tyagi leads efforts in data science, machine learning and operations. He teaches at Executive MBA programs at the Telfer School of Management.

Dr. Tyagi has taught at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and DePaul University's College of Commerce. Performance improvement and product management's evolving role in the service sector are among his interests. He co-authored Six Sigma for Transactions and Service and A Complete and Balanced Service Scorecard: Creating Value Through Sustained Performance Improvement. Before moving to Montreal, Dr. Tyagi co-founded a biomedical device manufacturing company in Singapore.
