For the past 9 years, Porter has worked with clients in retail, finance, defence, education, sustainability, and healthcare on how to innovate their business models through gameful design and serious games. Currently, Porter leads IBM's global effort on how organizations can leverage games to provide greater agility and how game developers can create truly engaging enterprise-level applications. Porter received his MBA from UNC Chapel Hill, has a BS from Lehigh University, and was also an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University in Business Communications.
