At Green Century Investment, Clement oversees venture investing into early stage companies and supports portfolio companies in their growth including helping companies gain access to China and other relevant markets. Green Century's portfolio is cross-sectoral and primarily Canada-based. Prior to Green Century, Clement co-founded 3 companies, including an enterprise software company which he grew to eventually acquire Global 1000 clients such as Citibank, Accenture, AstraZeneca and Aviva.

Clement has also experienced investment failures, participating in 2 turnarounds of venture-backed companies after he helped them raise financing from domestic as well as international investors.
